The Skiing
Serre Chevaliers 250 km of piste cater for all levels of skier and boarder. The pistes are excellent and varied and, because the resort is split into different sections, you never feel as if you are skiing the same runs all day.
The great thing about Serre Chevalier is the great quantity of tree skiing, which sets it apart from other French resorts. The off piste is not particularly steep, although it is deep amongst the trees.
The lift system is gradually being upgraded and the most of the slopes are north north-east so the snow reliability is good, especially on the upper slopes.
