The Skiing
There is a mix of wooded and open slopes above Ste Foy, and the slopes face north and west so the snow reliability is mixed. Its not the best place for beginners and intermediates who don’t like to venture off piste, and they will easily exhaust the limited pistes in a couple of days.
However, Ste Foy has long been known amoung Val D’Isere and Tignes locals for its fantastic off piste ski itineraries. There are rarely lift queues, and some of the terrain is fairly challenging.
