The Skiing

La Plagne has a lot of wide motorway skiing and tree lined pistes, and even good skiers would struggle to ski the entire area. There is a fair bit of gentler beginner pistes and some excellent off piste to keep the backcountry rider happy with a range of good faces and couloirs.

La Plagne also has three parks, including Snowpark Pro which is definitely worth checking out. Virtually all of the La Plagne area is an intermediate’s paradise and the snow reliability is generally good except for lower down.
