La Plagne
The La Plagne ski area covers a huge area with the resort made up of seven purpose built and three traditional villages. La Plagne is linked to Les Arcs forming Paradiski, one of the largest ski areas in the world.
The vast majority of pistes are blue and red making it an intermediates paradise, there is also some good off piste terrain which doesn’t get as heavily skied as some other resorts although some people may be disappointed by the limited on piste challenges.
La Plagne is one of the lest fashionable of the big French resorts but there is a large choice of bases and the number of good hotels and chalets is increasing every year.
