If you’re not skiing then there really is nothing to keep you occupied off the slopes.
There are actually three good mountain restaurants. Le Haut Dessus serves excellent pizzas and steak, and the Evariste Chancel is a great restaurant.
There aren’t many bars in La Grave. The Bois des Fees is one of the more popular choices, the Edelweiss is a popular choice amongst the locals and the Glacier Bar is good for an après ski drink.
