I don't really know where to begin apart from saying a massive/hugh/very very big thank you!!! I've had an absolutely brilliant week and loved every minute...well almost every minute! From the moment Daff met us at teh airport to the moment he took us back (hopefully we'll get there!) I've laughed non stop...well apart from a few moments on the Valley Blanche. I have so many fab times/memories I can't list all of them but Charlie's cooking has to be very memorable and I won't be forgetting the annoying traffic police. What can we say? Lucas just said to me "That was the best Christmas ever" and so many times during our stay the same thing was said by all of us: notably after Christmas breakfast when the pancakes, eggs, bacon, pain au chocolat and pate, just started the day perfectly and also after our sledge race on Christmas night which finished the day magically! We all have had a Chritmas which we will never forget and for all the right reasons. Thank you so much for all your time and efforts, especially playing with the children and teaching us all the right way to eat!

Thanks for a really awesome 5 days: cordon bleu food, five star chauffering in the landi, some inspired guiding through challenging forests and generally being extremely gnarly boarders (and one inspiraional leading skier down the Vallee Blanche). Loved it.

We had a great time! The skiing was great - lots of challenging off piste; good snow, fantastic scenery. The food and hospitality - what can we say? We felt like we were part of the family but with first class French cuisine. We will definitely be back for another stay - hopefully later on in the year to try Chalet 1802 in the summer.

Great location, lovely scenery, wonderful mountains, superb skiing - reds, blacks and off piste, amazing Vallee Blanche (a must do with Daniel the guide), lively town with good bars and cheeky dancing at arbate. You have set yourselves a really high standard of holiday chalet: we were very cosy in Chalet Schuss, all the rooms look really attractive. Then we were treated to delicious food. I feel very honoured to have been invited on the inaugral trip and it was good to get to know all the other guests as well. The accommodation was superb and you really did come across a great find in Charlie and Daph. Thanks also for arranging Bruno, the mad Frenchman. If anyone had told me that I would ski off piste powder after 10+ years of not skiing then I would not have believed it. What a really great trip. The recipe for the weekend was as well put together as the meals turned out by Ruben. A good mix of personalities ensured a high level of amusement. The skiing was truly fantastic with probably the best conditions ever. I think whoever said that the last day will be the one to remember as we crashed through treess and haystacks and resembled snowmen, was absolutely right! Thanks for including me in the team.
